The Brandenburg in Bendigo event was originally made possible by a "Bendigo Bank Theatre Performance Subsidy" from the City of Greater Bendigo,

and was was run under the aegis of the Bendigo Symphony Orchestra, but is now managed solely by Jaynee Russell-Clarke.
